How it works
From CAD file to cut parts in three steps
01
Upload your file
Drop in a DXF or STEP file. We flatten the geometry, run automated manufacturability checks, and show you exactly what we see — your part's outline, size, holes, and anything that needs attention.
02
Price it live
Pick a material and thickness and the price updates in real time. Quantity discounts apply automatically across your whole order — no email chains, no waiting for a quote to come back.
03
We cut and ship
Your parts are cut on fiber lasers, labeled, packed, and shipped with tracking. Material test reports are included free whenever you ask for them at checkout.
Materials
Five metals, forty-one thicknesses
Aluminum, stainless, brass, and copper — every gauge we stock is listed with inch and metric equivalents, and the quote tool only offers what we can actually cut.
Why Vero Cut
Built by machinists, not a marketplace
Vero Cut is the online cutting service from the team at Dynamic Balance Machine. Your parts are cut by the shop that quotes them — there is no middleman, no broker, no mystery vendor.
AS9100-certified facility
Parts are manufactured at Dynamic Balance Machine, a precision shop certified to AS9100 — the quality standard the aerospace industry builds on.
Checks before you pay
Every upload runs through automated design-for-manufacturing checks. If something is borderline, an engineer looks at it before your card is ever charged for something we can't cut well.
Free material certs
Need traceability? Opt in to material test reports at checkout at no charge. Full stop — certs are not a paid upsell here.
Honest pricing
The price you see is built from your geometry: material, machine time, and setup. Quantity breaks are automatic. Shipping and tax show before you pay.

Straight answers
DXF and STEP. STEP files must be a single flat sheet-metal part — we detect the thickness from the model. Formed or bent parts aren't supported online yet; if your part gets flagged, an engineer reviews it and emails you options.
